To reach our Customer Support team to report an issue with your scooter—whether it's a repair request or app issue (like a bug)—or just simply to get some assistance from our team, please do the following:
- To report an issue through the app, simply click on the exclamation point marker located in the bottom left of the Spin app home page.
- To report an issue via email, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- In the event of an accident/injury, please contact us via phone on 0800 048 8155
We usually respond to in-app support enquiries and emails within a few hours (sometimes even faster!) and our Live-Phone Customer Support Team answers calls on a first come, first serve basis (we call back all voicemails!). We appreciate your patience as we attend to every rider on our platform.
For issues with your trip not ending, please note that we will refund any possible overcharges related to an "end trip" app issue once we verify that there indeed was an issue with your trip on our backend. If you do experience this and have trouble receiving immediate assistance, please take a screenshot of the app and park your scooter in a safe place. Once we reach your enquiry, we'll take the necessary action to make things right for you.
