- All refunds must be requested within 3 days of your ride or upload of money.
- If you have credits in your Spin account and we no longer operate in your city, you may request a refund of your balance as well.

Information we need to quickly assist you:
- Email on your spin account spelled out clearly.
- 7-digit Vehicle ID number (which is located on the white square on the handlebar under the QR code).
If you're not sure what your login is:
- Please head onto the Spin app
- Click on the menu tab -> at the top, you will see the login that you used during sign-up.
- If you used Apple ID or Facebook to log in, your name will be displayed -- in this case, please forward your name as shown in the app
