For refunds on $10 Top Ups and credit balances:
- Spin will refund a $10 top up to users if requested within 3 days of purchase. If the balance has been used, even partially, the remaining balance is no longer refundable, unless Spin no longer operates in your city.
Refunds for overcharges:
- Spin will refund any overcharges that you may incur. More notably, if you are having trouble ending your trip, we will refund any overcharges that may have caused. Please send a note over to our support team via the "Help" button within the app and we'll help you end your trip and refund any overcharges.
Refunds for impacted experiences:
- If your trip wasn't 100% what you expected it to be due to inconsistencies on the scooter or app, send us a note via the "Help" button within the app (or the "!" icon on the bottom left of the map screen), and we'll take a look at the trip in question. If we can deem that your experience was impacted, we will refund/credit your account accordingly.
