“The app isn't allowing me to pick this scooter up!”
Let us troubleshoot:
Let's work together on troubleshooting the app. Please force close and reopen the app, sign in, and attempt to scan/pick up the scooter.
If that doesn't work, please uninstall and reinstall your Spin Team app. Once you reinstall the app, sign and and attempt to scan/pick up the scooter. If the app still isn't allowing you to pick up the scooter, please text +1 (213) 279-5585 with the vehicle ID number. You can also email chargersupport@spin.pm with this information.
Please move on to the next scooter and attempt to scan/pick up.
